We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate and complete a return. Items must be received within this 14-day window to qualify for store credit. Returns received after this period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) for store credit and place a new order separately.
Processing Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
